From CBSA CARM Bulletin 5421 - Issues with Email notifications -
We are currently experiencing a technical issue with our automated emails. Some external email providers may block or reject notifications from the CARM Client Portal. As a result, you might not receive your usual email updates after performing certain activities in the portal. We are actively working to fix this as quickly as possible.
While our systems are being updated, users are encouraged to log in directly to the CARM Client Portal regularly to review notification messages on pending actions, and status updates.
