CARM User Guides - Drawback Submission Template

In the Interim Process for Drawbacks User Guide there appears to be an excel sheet attachment for the Template at the very end:

However, when a user clicks on the icon, the template does not open.

CBSA has advised that this template can be found here, in a separate document called Drawback Submission Template, shown in the screenshot below.
