CARM2024-11-01 – DN to be issued to correct accidental PAD payment

Please be advised that The Pre-Authorized Debit program was executed accidentally October 30, 2024 (1 day ahead of schedule):

  1. No funds were withdrawn from the TCPs account as this was caught before the PAD file was sent to the Financial Institution.
  2. The impact of this was incorrect payment appearing on the TCPs’ transaction history in the Client Portal and on their Oct 31 2024 AH-DNs.  
  3. The PAD payment has since been reversed and the next steps is to correct the DNs that were issued October 30 2024 with the accidental PAD payment. 
  4. The “real” PAD run was executed October 31 2024 (payment due date) as per schedule and is reflected on the October 31 2024.

Veuillez noter que le programme de débit préautorisé a été exécuté accidentellement le 30 octobre 2024 (1 jour avant la date prévue) :

  1. Aucun fonds n'a été retiré du compte du PCC (Partenaire de chaîne commerciale) car l'incident a été détecté avant que le fichier de DPA ne soit envoyé à l'institution financière.
  2. Cela a eu pour effet de faire apparaître un paiement incorrect dans l'historique des transactions des PCC sur le portail client et sur leurs AH-DN du 31 octobre 2024.  
  3.  Le paiement par DPA a depuis été annulé et les prochaines étapes consistent à corriger les AQ qui ont été émis le 30 octobre 2024 avec le paiement accidentel par DPA. 
  4.  Le « vrai » DPA a été exécuté le 31 octobre 2024 (date d'échéance du paiement), conformément au calendrier, et figure sur les AQ  du 31 octobre 2024.
