CBSA Customs Broker Professional Examination

CBSA has advised that Customs Broker Professional Examination candidates, who provided an email address at application, will receive an e-letter. If candidates do not receive their letter, they should first check their junk/spam folder and if they still have not received it, they should contact the Commercial Registration Unit at:  [email protected].

With the exception of Montreal location candidates, letters to exam applicants were sent between September 25-28, 2020.

The recent categorization of the Montreal health region as Level 4 Maximum Alert will prohibit all activities in a public place as of October 1. As such, the exam for Montreal applicants will not permitted to take place as planned. Applicants will be notified of the postponement due to public health restrictions. The CBSA will monitor the Alert Level and a suitable date will be selected once measures permit for public gatherings. Applicants will be provided adequate notice of the new exam date.
