CBSA Message: RESOLVED - TCC21-022 Integrated Import Declaration (IID) Intermittent Problem

The problem reported below has now been resolved. All systems are functioning normally.

We are currently experiencing intermittent problem for clients that submit Integrated Import Declaration (IID). The CBSA is receiving all incoming IID messages but there is some intermittent problem processing and sending some outbound messages such as acknowledgments, reject messages and notices.

Please note, the CBSA is able to process the Document Image Functionality (DIF) and all other release service options.

We are working to resolve this problem and will update this message as soon as more information is available. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.

Action Required: The outage is resolved and clients can revert to normal procedures.
