CBSA Message (TCC17-088) – Importer SOA Missing Data

Clients Affected: All importers and brokers

The Canada Borders Services Agency has identified a system issue that is preventing importer B3 (G/I) transactions from appearing on today’s Statements of Account (SOA). The Agency is working on the problem and will re-issue SOAs with the correct amounts, as required. Broker SOAs are not impacted.
