CBSA Message (TCC18-068) – SWI Maintenance Outage - DIF and PGA Decision Processing Delay

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using the Integrated Import Declaration (IID) and Document Image Functionality (DIF)

For maintenance purposes, clients may experience delays on Tuesday , June 26th 2018 from 04:00 to 06:10 (ET) when submitting the Document Image Functionality (DIF). As a result of this delay, the Integrated Import Declaration (IID) transmission related to the DIF may get rejected.

Also, Participating Government Agencies (PGA) may experience delays in processing the IID.

We will update this message if the outage extends past the end date/time. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.

Action Required: Between 04:00 and 06:10 (ET), for urgent transactions, legacy Service Options OGD PARS (service option 463) / OGD RMD (service option 471) or with paper release request will accepted.
