CBSA Message (TCC19-044): Victoria Day Holiday

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) office will be closed for Victoria Day statutory holiday on Monday, May 20, 2019.

CADEX reports will run on the evenings of Friday, May 17, 2019 and Tuesday, May 21, 2019. The rates of exchange appearing on the report generated on the morning of Friday, May 17, 2019 will remain in effect from Friday, May 17, 2019 until Tuesday, May 21, 2019 inclusive.

For urgent client service outside business hours and statutory holidays, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the TCCU’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-eng.html.
