CBSA Message (TCC19-045): SWI Maintenance Outage

Sunday May 26, 2019 from 02:30 to 06:00 (ET): clients may experience delays on when submitting the Document Image Functionality (DIF). As a result of this delay, the Integrated Import Declaration (IID) transmission related to the DIF may get rejected.

Also, Participating Government Agencies (PGA) may experience delays in processing the IID.

Action Required: Between 02:30 and 06:00 (ET) for urgent transactions, paper release requests will be accepted.
