CBSA Message (TCC19-114): Maintenance Outage for Document Image Functionality (DIF) Outage and delay in PGA decision processing

October 25, 2019

For maintenance purposes, there will be an outage on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 03:00 to 06:00 (ET). During this outage, the CBSA will be unable to process the DIF. As a result of this outage, the IID transmission related to the DIF may get rejected.

Also, Participating Government Agencies (PGA) may experience delays in processing the Integrated Import Declaration (IID).

During the outage, the CBSA will be able to process all other release service options.
