The system issue noted below has now been resolved. All systems are functioning normally.

There is currently a delay for clients that are submitting Integrated Import Declaration (IID) and the Document Image Functionality (DIF).

As a result of this delay, Participating Government Agencies (PGA) may experience delays in processing the Integrated Import Declaration (IID).

Please note, the CBSA is able to process all other release service options.

We are working to resolve this problem and will update this message as soon as more information is available. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
