CBSA Message: TCC19-143- Intermittent communication issues for legacy SO 463 and 471 sent to CFIA / Problèmes de communication intermittents pour entrées avec anciennes OS 463 et 471 envoyés à l'ACIA

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit EDI IID trade data to CFIA.

The CBSA is experiencing some internal communication issues with CFIA in regard to legacy-type Other Government Department (OGD) service options 463 and 471.

We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Clients can continue to transmit electronic documents to the CBSA.

Nous éprouvons présentement des problèmes de communication intermittents avec les entrées d’options de service AM 463 et 471 envoyés à l’ACIA.

Nous travaillons à résoudre ce problème le plus rapidement possible et nous sommes désolés pour les inconvénients qui peuvent être causés par ces problèmes. Les clients peuvent continuer d’envoyer leurs entrées électroniques à l’ASFC.
