CBSA Message: TCC21-035 - Easter Weekend Holiday / Congé pour la fin de semaine de Pâques

Clients Affected: All clients and services providers who use EDI, the eManifest Portal and the CERS Portal to transmit their data.

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) office will be closed from Thursday, April 1st, 2021 at 17:00 (Eastern Time) until Monday, April 05th, 2021 at 08:00 (Eastern Time), however, the TCCU production support will be operating on an “after hours” schedule during this time.

On Monday, April 05th, 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00 (Eastern Time), officers will be available at 1-888-957-7224 to respond to production issues only.

Congé pour la fin de semaine de Pâques

Les clients affectés: Tous les clients et fournisseurs de services qui utilisent l’EDI, le portail du manifeste électronique et le portail SCDE pour transmettre leurs données.

L’Unité des services techniques aux clients commerciaux (USTCC) sera fermée du jeudi le 1er avril 2021 à 17h00 (heure de l’est) jusqu’au lundi le 05 avril 2021 à 8h00 (heure de l’est). Par contre, pendant ce congé, l’assistance à la clientèle externe en production de l’USTCC sera disponible selon l’horaire d’après les heures ouvrables.

Lundi le 05 avril 2021, entre 8h00 et 16h00 (heure de l’est), des agents seront disponibles afin de répondre aux appels concernant des questions de production seulement (1-888-957-7224).
