CBSA officially announces Release 1 launch date and provides new resource material

The CBSA has officially announced that the CARM Client Portal will launch on May 25, 2021!

In conjunction with this announcement, they are also providing new resource materials in English and French on their CARM Google Drive, including:

Onboarding Guides on how to get set up on the portal with information on the delegation of authority;
A Release 1 Playbook with detailed information on the Delegation of Authority, Billing, Payments, and Rulings.

The CSCB will be reviewing the new material and will advise you of any new important changes to the information in the Road to CARM.
