The following new advisories are found on the CCP homepage:

Planned system maintenance

Please note that due to a planned CRA system maintenance, the business registration and program enrolment functions of CARM will be unavailable from 20:00 ET on Friday, October 17, 2025 until 14:00 ET on Monday, October 20, 2025.

Creation of CARM Client Portal accounts, new business number registration and new program enrolments will not be available during this time. All other CARM business functionalities will remain accessible.

Annual review of the financial security requirement

The CBSA will conduct an annual review of the financial security requirement for each importer’s RM business account on October 20th, 2025. The newly calculated requirement will be communicated to the importers by way of notification on the CCP. To maintain the RPP benefits, importers meet the new calculated requirement by January 15, 2026. Please refer to the Q&A for more details.
