Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Sheet, Notice of Initiation of Investigations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated investigations, on November 8, 2019, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. The investigations follow a complaint filed by ArcelorMittal Dofasco G.P.
