CFIA-AIRS Updates, 13 June

Chapter 5 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC”  to “Approved” for the following HS code with the end use “Dead bait” and the miscellaneous code “Whole, uneviscerated (head on or head off)” originating from the states of  Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina and Virginia, destined to New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

05.11.91.4001.34 - Clupea harengus - TSN 161722 - Atlantic herring (carcasses, parts of carcasses, offal, livers and roes).  

This created a requirement version change for same HS codes originating from the following states.

Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Wyoming
