A) Chapter 20 was published to add the following OGD extension.
20.05.70.2082.04 – Olives, stuffed with fish, less than 20% fish (air tight container)
This created a requirement version change for the following HS code with end uses “Food services” and “Retail use”.
20.05.99.3002 - Vegetable preparations containing less than 20 % fish.
B) Chapter 24 was published to change the release recommendation from “Approved” to “No CFIA Requirements” for the following HS codes.
24.02 - Cigars, cheroots, cigarillos and cigarettes, of tobacco or of tobacco substitutes..
24.03 - Other manufactured tobacco and manufactured tobacco substitutes; ''homogenized'' or ''reconstituted'' tobacco; tobacco extracts and essences.
This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.
24.01.10.0001 - Tobacco, not stemmed or not stripped (i.e. whole plant without root) - cured.
24.01.20.0001 - Tobacco, partly or wholly stemmed or stripped (ex. leaves) - cured.
24.01.30.0001 - Tobacco, refuse (i.e. stalks, stems, midribs, trimmings, dust...) - cured.
