A) Foot and Mouth Disease AIRS Updates

New Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) admissibility requirements/instructions have been implemented in the Automated Import Reference System (AIRS) for commodities originating from Greece. The affected commodities are listed in the following link:Foot and Mouth Disease – Countries officially recognized by Canada as free of the disease. The changes applied can be found in, but are not limited to, the following chapters: 07, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 23, 31, 41 and 51.
