i) modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from the United States:
23.09.10.1574 – Raw or Minimally heat treated pet food.
23.09.90.1573 – Raw or Minimally heat treated pet food.
ii) modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from New Zeleand:
23.09.10.1569.11 – Pet supplements, minerals, and vitamins, including only highly processed ingredients of animal origin.
23.09.10.1569.12 – Pet supplements, minerals, and vitamins, including non-highly processed ingredients of animal origin such as meat, meals, and blood derivatives.
