Chapter 03 was published to add the following OGD extensions.

03.02.89.4962.64 - Lutjanus aratus - TSN 550922 - Mullet Snapper (fresh or chilled)
03.03.89.4962.64 - Lutjanus aratus - TSN 550922 - Mullet Snapper (frozen)

This created a requirement version change for various HS codes under:

03.02 - Fish, fresh or chilled, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
03.03 - Fish, frozen, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
