Chapter 12 was published to remove the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” from the following HS codes with the miscellaneous codes “Other than small "lots" / Non-authorized importer”, “Other than small "lots"/ Authorized importer” and “Small "lots"”.

12.02.41.4081.01 - Edible nuts - peanuts (raw)
12.02.42.4081.01 - Edible nuts - peanuts (raw)

This created a requirement version change for the following HS code.

12.02.30 - Seed
