Chapter 07 was published to:

i) remove the miscellaneous codes “container weighing more than 50 kg” and “container weighing less than 50 kg” from the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses”:

07.04.90.3011.01 – Cabbage – whole (fresh or chilled). (Brassica oleracea L. var. Capitata)
07.04.90.3011.11 – Cabbage – whole (fresh or chilled) – Organic. (Brassica oleracea L. var. Capitata)
07.04.90.3014.01 – Arugula (fresh or chilled).

ii) remove the miscellaneous codes “Container weighing less than 50 kg, in transit through British Columbia”, “Container weighing less than 50 kg, not in transit through British Columbia”, “Container weighing more than 50 kg, in transit through British Columbia”, and “Container weighing more than 50 kg, not in transit through British Columbia” from the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from the State of California destined to all provinces except British Columbia:

07.04.90.3011.01 – Cabbage – whole (fresh or chilled). (Brassica oleracea L. var. Capitata)

iii) remove the miscellaneous code “Without soil” from the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from the State of California destined to British Columbia:

07.04.90.3011.11 – Cabbage – whole (fresh or chilled) – Organic. (Brassica oleracea L. var. Capitata)

iv) add the miscellaneous code “without soil, related matter or growing media” to the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses”:

v) modify the import conditions and the registration type list for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses”:
