A) Chapter 08

Chapter 08 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refuse Entry” to “Approved” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Human Consumption”, “Other end uses, “Samples for testing” and “Show and Exhibition” originating from Guatemala:

08.10.20.4013.01 – Raspberries (fresh).(Rubus sp. other than R. caesius, R. fructicosus, R. × loganobaccus, R. ursinus × R. idaeus)
08.10.20.4013.02 – Raspberries (fresh) – Organic – (Rubus sp. other than R. caesius, R. fructicosus, R. × loganobaccus, R. ursinus × R. idaeus)

B) Chapter 09

Chapter 09 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS codes with the end use “Research and Educational use”:

09.10.11.0001 – Ginger, whole

09.10.30.7200.03 – Tumeric (fresh or chilled) (Curcuma longa) – Organic

C) Chapter 16

Chapter 16 was published to modify the description of the following OGD extension:

16.05.29.9294.11 – Shrimps and prawns, chilled – Roe, Chilled
