Chapter 30 was published to :
i) add the following OGD extension:
30.02.12.1995.27 – Bulk porcine serum, plasma or derivatives, dried or liquid (more than 1L)
ii) change the description of the following OGD extension:
30.02.12.1995.08 – Blood, serum, plasma or derivatives for in vitro use – porcine (less than or equal to 1L)
iii) add the end uses “Commercial”, “Industrial use (ie is not commercial use)”, “Manufacturing” and “Scientific use (research)” to the following HS code:
30.02.12.1995.08 – Blood, serum, plasma or derivatives for in vitro use – porcine (less than or equal to 1L)
iv) modify the import conditions for the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses” originating from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, European Union Member States, Iceland, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Peru, Republic of Korea, Serbia, United Kingdom, Ukraine and Uruguay:
v) remove a release recommendation from the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses” originating from New Zealand:
30.02.12.1995.08 – Blood, serum, plasma or derivatives for in vitro use – porcine (less than or equal to 1L)
vi) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses” originating from all countries except Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, European Union Member States, Iceland, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Serbia, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States, Ukraine and Uruguay:

vii) modify the import conditions and add a registration type to the following HS code with the end use “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from the United States:
