A) Chapter 01

Chapter 01 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA – veterinary inspection” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Breeding” and “In transit through Canada” originating from Finland:

01.03.10.1031 – Normal
01.03.91.1031 – Normal
01.03.92.1031 – Normal

ii) modify the import conditions of the following HS codes originating from the United States:

01.02.21.1008 – male calves between 9 and 21 days old.
01.02.29.1008 – male calves between 9 and 21 days old.
01.02.90.1008 – male calves between 9 and 21 days old.
01.06.19.2061 – Cervidae
01.06.19.2063.13 – Bison

B) Chapter 05

Chapter 05 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA – veterinary inspection” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Breeding”, “In transit through Canada” and “Other end uses” originating from Finland:

05.11.99.1292.15 – Porcine (pig)
05.11.99.1293.15 – Porcine (pig)
