A) Chapter 02

Chapter 02 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse entry” of the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption”, “In-transit through Canada” and “Other end uses” originating from countries other than Australia, France, Iceland, Ireland, New-Zealand, Portugal, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay:

02.04 – Meat of sheep or goats, fresh, chilled or frozen.
02.06.80.5156 – Lamb.
02.06.80.5157 – Mutton.
02.06.80.5158 – Goat.
02.06.90.5163 – Lamb.
02.06.90.5164 – Mutton.
02.06.90.5165 – Goat.
02.10.99.5296 – Ovine animals.

Chapter 16 was published to change the release recommendation “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse entry” of the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption”, “In-transit through Canada” and “Other end uses” originating from countries other than Australia, France, Iceland, Ireland, New-Zealand, Portugal, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay:

16.01.00.5457 – Lamb.
16.02.90.5543 – Mutton – ready-to-eat.
16.02.90.5544 – Lamb – ready-to-eat.
