A) Chapter 23
Chapter 23 was published to:
i) modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from Taiwan:
23.09.90.6208.01 – Containing ingredients of bovine origin
23.09.90.6208.02 – Containing ingredients of animal origin other than bovine ingredients
23.09.90.6209.01 – Containing ingredients of bovine origin
23.09.90.6209.02 – Containing ingredients of animal origin other than bovine ingredients
ii) change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Refer to CFIA-NISC” for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from Taiwan:
23.09.10.1565 – Dog or cat food, commercially cooked, canned
23.09.10.1566 – Processed heat treated dog or cat food, other than canned
23.09.10.1575 – Processed heat treated dog or cat treats, compound pet chews, or jerky, other than canned
23.09.90.1565 – Dog and cat food, commercially cooked, canned
23.09.90.1566 – Processed heat treated dog or cat food, other than canned
23.09.90.1574 – Processed heat treated dog or cat treats, compound pet chews, or jerky, other than canned

ii) changer la recommandation de mainlevée de « Entrée refusée » à « Référer à ACIA-CNSI » pour les codes SH suivants avec l’usage final « Autres usages » en provenance de Taïwan :
