Chapter 30

Chapter 30 was published to:

i) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from all European Union Member States:

30.02.12.1095.07 – Blood, serum, plasma or derivatives for in vitro use – ruminant – other than bovine
30.02.12.1095.13 – Blood, serum, plasma or derivatives for in vitro use – fetal bovine serum
30.02.12.1095.21 – Blood, serum plasma or derivatives for in vitro use – bovine

ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Industrial use (i.e. is not commercial use)”, “Manufacturing”, “Other end uses” and “Scientific use (Research)” originating from all European Union Member States:

30.02.12.1095.10 – Bulk fetal bovine serum and plasma or derivatives, dried or liquid
30.02.12.1095.14 – Bulk ruminant serum (other than bovine), plasma or derivatives, dried or liquid

iii) modify the import conditions for the following HS code with the end use “Commercial” originating from all European Union Member States except Bulgaria:

30.02.12.1095.10 – Bulk fetal bovine serum and plasma or derivatives, dried or liquid

iv) change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Refer to CFIA-NISC” for the following HS code with the end use “Commercial” originating from Bulgaria:

30.02.12.1095.10 – Bulk fetal bovine serum and plasma or derivatives, dried or liquid
