Chapter 04 was published to :

i) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Human consumption” originating from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

04.01.20.3503 - Partly skimmed milk.

04.08.19.0276.01 - Liquid egg yolk. 
04.08.19.0276.02 - Frozen egg yolk.
04.08.99.0282.01 - Liquid or frozen eggs.
 
This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.
 
04.08.11.0273.01 - 100% dried egg yolk.
04.08.11.0274 - Egg yolk from avian species other than chickens (Gallus domesticus) and turkeys. 
04.08.91.0277.01 - 100% dried whole eggs.
04.08.91.0278 - Containing 100% egg products from avian species other than chickens (Gallus domesticus) and turkeys. 
04.08.99.0279.01 - 100% liquid whole eggs. 
04.08.99.0279.03 - 100% frozen whole eggs.
04.08.99.0281 - Containing 100% pasteurized eggs from avian species other than chickens (Gallus domesticus) and/or turkeys. 
04.08.99.0282.02 - Cooked eggs.
