A) Chapter 01

Chapter 01 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA – veterinary inspection” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Breeding” and “In transit through Canada” originating from Cyprus: 

01.03.10.1031 – Normal.
01.03.91.1031 – Normal.
01.03.92.1031 – Normal.

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA – veterinary inspection” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Breeding” and “Canadian animals returning to Canada”, “Commercial”, “Display in a zoo”, “Other end uses”, “Scientific use (Research)”, “Show or exhibition” and “Temporary stay in Canada” originating from Cyprus:

B) Chapter 05

Chapter 05 was published to: 

i) change the release recommendation to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Breeding” and “Other end uses” originating from Cyprus:

05.11.99.1293.02 – Bison/buffalo.
05.11.99.1293.07 – Caprine (goat).
