Chapter 08

Chapter 08 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS codes originating from the State of California destined to British Columbia: 

08.06.10.4040.01 – Table grapes and hand harvested grapes for winemaking (fresh). (Vitis spp.).
08.06.10.4040.02 – Bulk grapes (including wine grapes for crush) (fresh). (Vitis spp.).
08.06.10.4050.01 – Table grapes and hand harvested grapes for winemaking (fresh). (Vitis spp.) – Organic.
08.06.10.4050.02 – Bulk grapes (including wine grapes for crush) (fresh). (Vitis spp.) – Organic.

ii) modify the import conditions of the following HS codes originating from Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom:

08.06.10.4040.01 – Table grapes and hand harvested grapes for winemaking (fresh). (Vitis spp.).
08.06.10.4040.02 – Bulk grapes (including wine grapes for crush) (fresh). (Vitis spp.).
08.06.10.4050.01 – Table grapes and hand harvested grapes for winemaking (fresh). (Vitis spp.) – Organic.
08.06.10.4050.02 – Bulk grapes (including wine grapes for crush) (fresh). (Vitis spp.) – Organic.
