A) Chapter 3

Chapter 3 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refuse Entry” to “Approved” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Food Service” and “Retail use” originating from China:

Chapter 30 was published to:

i) add the end use “Other end uses” to the following HS code:

ii) remove the end use “Human consumption” from the following HS code:

30.01.90.1675.08 – Medical implant made of porcine collagen.

iii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS code with the end uses “Industrial use (i.e. is not commercial use)”, “Manufacturing”, “Scientific use (Research)” and “Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution” originating from all countries except the United States:

30.01.90.1675.08 – Medical implant made of porcine collagen.
