Chapter 16

Chapter 16 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse Entry” for the following HS codes with the end use “Human Consumption” orginating from France:

16.02.90.5543.02 – Canned.
16.02.90.5543.03 – Corned mutton, canned.
16.02.90.5544.02 – Canned.
