A) Chapter 04 was published to:

i) add the following OGD extension.

04.04.90.3550 - Concentrated milk permeate dehydrated; concentrated spray dried milk permeate; concentrated milk permeate powder.

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA - NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes with the end use “Livestock feed” originating from all countries except Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay.
