Chapter 04

Chapter 04 was published to add a release recommendation and modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from the United States:

04.08.11.0273.01 – 100% dried egg yolk.
04.08.11.0273.02 – Dried egg yolk mix containing at least 50% egg yolk and including salt and/or sugar.
04.08.11.0273.03 – 100% dried egg yolk – Organic.
04.08.11.0273.04 – Dried egg yolk mix containing at least 50% egg yolk and including salt and/or sugar – Organic.
04.08.19.0275.01 – Pasteurized liquid egg yolk or egg yolk mix containing only salt and/or sugar.
04.08.19.0275.02 – Pasteurized frozen egg yolk or frozen egg yolk mix containing only salt and/or sugar.
04.08.19.0275.05 – Pasteurized liquid egg yolk or egg yolk mix containing only salt and/or sugar – Organic.
04.08.19.0275.06 – Pasteurized frozen egg yolk or frozen egg yolk mix containing only salt and/or sugar – Organic.
04.08.19.0276.01 – Liquid egg yolk.
04.08.19.0276.02 – Frozen egg yolk.
04.08.19.0276.03 – Liquid egg yolk – Organic.
04.08.19.0276.04 – Frozen egg yolk – Organic.
04.08.91.0277.01 – 100% dried whole eggs.
04.08.91.0277.02 – Dried whole egg mix containing at least 50% egg yolk and salt and/or sugar.
04.08.91.0277.03 – 100% dried whole eggs – Organic.
04.08.91.0277.04 – Dried whole egg mix containing at least 50% egg yolk and salt and/or sugar – Organic.

04.08.99.0279.05 – Liquid egg mix containing at least 50% egg yolk and salt and/or sugar – Organic.
04.08.99.0279.06 – 100% frozen whole eggs – Organic.
04.08.99.0281.01 – Liquid or frozen eggs.
04.08.99.0281.02 – Cooked eggs.
