A) Chapter 05 was published to:

i) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes originating from Germany and Hungary.

05.10.00.1286.01 - Avian (bird)
05.10.00.1286.03 - Bovine (cattle) 
05.10.00.1286.04 - Caprine (goat)
05.10.00.1286.06 - Equine (horse)
05.10.00.1286.07 - Ovine (sheep) 
05.10.00.1286.08 - Porcine (swine)
05.10.00.1286.10 - Lagomorph (rabbit)
05.11.99.5345.01 - Inedible meat products. - Avian (bird) ingredients. 
05.11.99.5345.02 - Bovine (cattle) ingredients. 
05.11.99.5345.03 - Caprine (goat) ingredients. 
05.11.99.5345.04 - Equine (horse) ingredients. 
05.11.99.5345.05 - Ovine (sheep) ingredients. 
05.11.99.5345.06 - Porcine (swine) ingredients. 
05.11.99.5345.07 - Other animal ingredients. 
05.11.99.5345.11 - Lagomorph (rabbit, hare) ingredients. 
05.11.99.5345.12 - Cervid (deer, elk, reindeer, etc.) ingredients.

This created a requirement version change for the same HS codes originating from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Finland, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. 

ii)  add the end use “Pet food manufacturing” to the following HS codes:

05.11.99.0162.01 - Dried Whole Black Soldier Fly Larva
05.11.99.0162.02 - Other Than Dried Whole Black Soldier Fly Larva
