Chapter 23 was published to:

i) modify the description for the following HS codes:

23.09.90.6212 – Complete livestock feed containing no animal origin ingredients other than vitamin A and D
23.09.90.6213 – Livestock feed supplement containing no animal origin ingredients other than vitamin A and D
23.09.90.6214 – Livestock feed premixes containing no animal origin ingredients other than vitamin A and D

ii) remove the end use “Other end uses” from the following HS codes:

23.09.90.6212 – Complete livestock feed containing no animal origin ingredients other than vitamin A and D
23.09.90.6213 – Livestock feed supplement containing no animal origin ingredients other than vitamin A and D
23.09.90.6214 – Livestock feed premixes containing no animal origin ingredients other than vitamin A and D
