A) Chapter 06

Chapter 06 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS code with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” originating from the States of Delaware and Pennsylvania destined to British Columbia:

06.02.10.0023.24 – Boxwood – unrooted plants (Buxus spp.).

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS code with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” and the miscellaneous codes “With soil or related matter (including growing media not approved under the CGMP)” and “Without soil, related matter or growing media” originating from the States of Delaware and Pennsylvania destined to British Columbia:

iii) modify the import conditions of the following HS code with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” originating from the States of Delaware and Pennsylvania destined to all provinces except British Columbia:
