A) Chapter 06

Chapter 06 was published to modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)”:

06.02.10.0012.05 – Pelargonium spp – Unrooted plants (common name geranium)
06.02.10.0012.06 – Solanum spp. (other than S. tuberosum (potato) and S. melongena (eggplant)) – Unrooted plants
06.02.90.0024.08 – Pelargonium spp – rooted plants (common name geranium)
06.02.90.0024.09 – Solanum spp. (other than S. tuberosum (potato) and S. melongena (eggplant)) – Rooted plants
