A) Chapter 03

Chapter 03 was published to:

i) add the miscellaneous codes “Consignment requires certification” and “Consignment destined to a CFIA approved quarantine unit” to the following HS code with the end uses “Culture” and “Research and Educational Use” originating from Australia:

03.01.99.4571.52 – Lates calcarifer – TSN 167669 – Barramundi (live).

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Refer to CFIA – veterinary inspection” of the following HS code with the end uses “Culture” and “Research and Educational Use” and the miscellaneous code “Consignment destined to a CFIA approved quarantine unit” originating from Australia:
