A) Chapter 06

Chapter 06 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse Entry” for the following HS code with the miscellaenous code “With soil or related matter (including growing media not approved under the CGMP)” originating from the States of Delaware, Maryland, New York and Pennsylvania:

06.02.90.0024.91 – Chrysanthemum – rooted plants (including commercial houseplant produced in greenhouse and for resale) (Chrysanthemum spp., Ajania spp, Dendranthema spp., Leucanthemella serotina, Nipponanthemum nipponicum).
