A) Chapter 04

Chapter 04 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Approved” for the following HS code with the end use “Human Consumption” originating from all countries.

04.10.90.1187.06 – Turtles’ eggs (Salt water) fresh, dried or preserved

ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS code with the end use “Human Consumption” originating from all countries.

04.10.90.1187.07 – Turtles’ eggs (Fresh water) fresh, dried or preserved

B) Chapter 05

Chapter 05 was published to add a release recommendation to the following HS code with the end uses “Breeding” and “Other end uses” originating from New Zealand.

05.11.99.1293.07 – Caprine (goat).

C) Chapter 07

Chapter 07 was published to:

i) remove the miscellaneous codes “With soil / container weighing less than 50 kg”, “With soil / container weighing more than 50 kg”, “Without soil / container weighing less than 50 kg” and “Without soil / container weighing more than 50 kg” from the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption”, “Further processing”, “Other end uses” and “Repacking”.

07.06.90.3023.01 – Parsnip (fresh or chilled)

ii) add the miscellaneous codes “With soil or related matter (including growing media not approved under the CGMP)” and “Without soil, related matter or growing media” to the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption”, “Further processing”, “Other end uses” and “Repacking”.

07.06.90.3020.01 – Beet (fresh or chilled)
07.06.90.3020.10 – Beet (fresh or chilled) – Organic
07.06.90.3023.01 – Parsnip (fresh or chilled)
07.06.90.3023.10 – Parsnip (fresh or chilled) – (Pastinaca spp.) – Organic

iii) modify the import conditions and the registration type list for the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption” and “Other end uses”.

07.06.90.3020.01 – Beet (fresh or chilled)
07.06.90.3020.10 – Beet (fresh or chilled) – Organic
07.06.90.3023.01 – Parsnip (fresh or chilled)
07.06.90.3023.10 – Parsnip (fresh or chilled) – (Pastinaca spp.) – Organic

iv) add two release recommendations to the following HS codes with the end use “Further processing” and the miscellaneous code “Without soil, related matter or growing media”.

07.06.90.3020.01 – Beet (fresh or chilled)
07.06.90.3020.10 – Beet (fresh or chilled) – Organic
07.06.90.3023.01 – Parsnip (fresh or chilled)
07.06.90.3023.10 – Parsnip (fresh or chilled) – (Pastinaca spp.) – Organic

v) add two release recommendations to the following HS codes with the end use “Further processing” and the miscellaneous code “With soil or related matter (including growing media not approved under the CGMP)” originating from the continental United States.
