A) Chapter 16

Chapter 16 was published to change the release recommendation to “Refuse Entry” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption”, “In transit through Canada”, and “Other end uses” originating from all countries except Finland and New Zealand:

16.02.90.5545 – Reindeer – ready-to-eat
16.02.90.5549 – Venison – ready-to-eat
