A) Chapter 02

Chapter 02 was published to:

i) modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end uses “Human Consumption”, “In transit through Canada” and “Other end uses” originating from Denmark, Italy and United Kingdom:

02.07.11 – Of fowls of the species Gallus domesticus: not cut in pieces, fresh or chilled

iii) modify the import condition of the following HS code with the end uses “Human Consumption”, “In transit through Canada” and “Other end uses” originating for the United Kingdom:

B) Chapter 05

Chapter 05 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from Brazil: 

05.07.90.1287 – Pet chews made solely of the outer keratin shell of horns, without horn cores from ruminants (cattle, buffalo, bison, sheep, goats)
05.11.99.1567.10 – Processed, heat-treated pet chews made of bone, horn with horn cores, or horn cores alone, from bovine ingredients, without flavouring
05.11.99.1567.11 – Processed, heat-treated pet chews made of tissues other than bone, horn with horn cores, or horn cores alone, from bovine ingredients, without flavouring
