Chapter 31

Chapter 31 was published to add a registration type to the following HS codes with the end use “For fertilizer or supplement”:

31.01.00.4040 – Fertilizer containing seaweed or seaweed extracts
31.01.00.5020 – Insects excreta unsuitable for use other than as fertilizers (frass)
