CFIA-AIRS Updates March 11th, 2025 / Mises à jour ACIA-SARI le 11 mars 2025

 

A) Chapter 04

Chapter 04 was published to change the release recommendation to “Refuse Entry” for the following HS codes originating from Hungary and Slovakia: 

04.06.10.3567 – Mozzarella cheese, pizza cheese, cottage cheese, whey cheese, curds and cream cheese – Unpasteurized
04.06.20.3576 – Variety cheeses – Unpasteurized
04.06.40.3573 – Blue cheese – Unpasteurized
04.06.40.3575 – Blue cheese – Unpasteurized – Organic
04.06.90.3576 – Variety cheeses – Unpasteurized

B) Chapter 08

Chapter 08 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Further processing”, “Human consumption”, “Other end uses”, “Repacking”, “Samples for testing”, “Show or exhibition” and “Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution” originating from the State of California destined to British Columbia:

08.10.40.4017.01 – Blueberries (fresh). (Vaccinium angustifolium, V. corymbosum, V. myrtilloides).
08.10.40.4017.02 – Blueberries (fresh) – (Vaccinium angustifolium, V. corymbosum, V. myrtilloides) – Organic.

Le chapitre 04 a été publié pour changer la recommandation de mainlevée à « Entrée Refusée » pour les codes SH suivants en provenance de la Hongrie et Slovaquie : 

04.06.10.3567 – Fromage Mozzarella, fromage pour pizza, fromage cottage, fromage de petit-lait, fromage en grains et fromage à la crème – Non pasteurisé
04.06.20.3576 – Fromages fins – Non pasteurisés
04.06.40.3573 – Fromage bleu – Non pasteurisé
04.06.40.3575 – Fromage bleu – Non pasteurisé – Biologique
04.06.90.3576 – Fromages fins – Non pasteurisés

B) Chapitre 08

Le chapitre 08 a été publié pour changer la recommandation de mainlevée de « Référer à ACIA-CNSI » à « Approuvé » pour les codes SH suivants avec les usages finaux « Autres usages », « Consommation humaine », « Échantillons pour essai de production », « Foire ou exposition », « Réemballage », « Transformation ultérieure » et « Voyageurs & Usage personnel et non pour la revente ou distribution » en provenance de l’État de la Californie à destination de la Colombie-Britannique :

08.10.40.4017.01 – Bleuets (frais). (Vaccinium angustifolium, V. corymbosum, V. myrtilloides)
