C) Chapter 96

Chapter 96 was published to modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from all countries, except Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Paraguay, Peru, Republic of Korea, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay.

96.01.90.0001 – Worked items made from bone, horn, antlers, hooves, nails, or claws (other than avian)
96.01.90.0002 – Worked items made from quills, feathers, beaks, or claws of avian origin

Le chapitre 96 a été publié pour modifier les conditions d’importation des codes SH suivants avec l’usage final « Autres usages » en provenance de tous les pays, à l’exception de l’Allemagne, Argentine, Australie, Autriche, Belgique, Brésil, Bulgarie, Chili, Chypre, Colombie, Croatie, Cuba, Danemark, Espagne, Estonie, États-Unis, Finlande, France, Hongrie, Irlande, Islande, Italie, Japon, Lettonie, Lituanie, Luxembourg, Malte, Mexique, Nouvelle-Zélande, Norvège, Paraguay, Pays-Bas, Pérou, Pologne, Portugal, République de la Corée, République tchèque, Roumanie, Royaume-Uni, Serbie, Slovaquie, Slovénie, Suède, Suisse, Ukraine et Uruguay :

96.01.90.0001 – Objets travaillés en os, cornes, bois, sabots, clous ou griffes (autres qu’aviaires)
96.01.90.0002 – Articles fabriqués à partir de plumes, becs ou griffes d’origine aviaire
