A) Chapter 06

Chapter 06 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS codes with the end use “Canadian Goods Returning to Canada”: 

06.01 – Bulbs, tubers, tuberous roots, corms, crowns and rhizomes, dormant, in growth or in flower; chicory plants and roots other than roots of heading No. 12.12
06.02 – Other live plants (including their roots), cuttings and slips; mushroom spawn
06.03 – Cut flowers and flower buds of a kind suitable for bouquets or for ornamental purposes, fresh, dried, dyed, bleached, impregnated or otherwise prepared
06.04 – Foliage, branches and other parts of plants, without flowers or flower buds, and grasses, mosses and lichens, being goods of a kind suitable for bouquets or for ornamental purposes, fresh, dried, dyed, bleached, impregnated or otherwise prepared

A) Chapitre 06

Le chapitre 06 a été publié pour changer la recommandation de mainlevée de « Référer à ACIA-CNSI » à « Approuvé » pour les codes SH suivants avec l’usage final « Produits canadiens revenant au Canada » :

06.01 – Bulbes, oignons, tubercules, racines tubéreuses, griffes et rhizomes, en repos végétatif, en végétation ou en fleur; plants, plantes et racines de chicorée autres que les racines du n° 12.12
06.02 – Autres plantes vivantes (y compris leurs racines), boutures et greffons; blanc de champignons
06.03 – Fleurs et boutons de fleurs, coupés, pour bouquets ou pour ornements, frais, séchés, blanchis, teints, imprégnés ou autrement préparés
06.04 – Feuillages, feuilles, rameaux et autres parties de plantes, sans fleurs ni boutons de fleurs, et herbes, mousses et lichens, pour bouquets ou pour ornements, frais, séchés, blanchis, teints, imprégnés ou autrement préparés
