A) Chapter 10

Chapter 10 was published to: 

i) add the following OGD extensions:

10.08.29.0105.06 – Eragrostis tef – Organic
10.08.29.0106.06 – Eragrostis tef

ii) remove the following OGD extensions:

10.08.90.1807 – Eragrostis tef
10.08.90.1807.01 – Grain

B) Chapter 35

Chapter 35 was published to:

i) remove the end use “Animal feed” from the following HS codes: 

35.03.00.1855.01 – Avian (bird)
35.03.00.1855.03 – Caprine (goat)
35.03.00.1855.04 – Equine (horse)
35.03.00.1855.05 – Ovine (sheep)
35.03.00.1855.06 – Porcine (swine)
35.03.00.1855.99 – Other gelatin

ii) add the end use “Livestock feed” to the following HS codes: 

35.03.00.1855.01 – Avian (bird)
35.03.00.1855.03 – Caprine (goat)
35.03.00.1855.04 – Equine (horse)
35.03.00.1855.05 – Ovine (sheep)
35.03.00.1855.06 – Porcine (swine)

iii) modify the import conditions and remove a registration type from the following HS codes with the end use “Livestock feed”:
